Just thought i'd share a couple of my works in progress :) Hope you like them!

There is still a lot to do with this drawing, but so far I think it's coming alone fine. This is based off a pic I saw of two friends:

Interlochen High School

So my audition is July 22 for Interlochen boarding school. I'm very nervous/excited. I'm auditioning for the vocal program. I have a lot of practicing to do with my amazing tutor Gwen Bean though :)
I really have to post my pieces on here from the recital on Fathers' Day. Next time i'm at my mom's i'll snag the tape from her to post it.
I'll keep you guys posted on if I make it or not :)

Sketchbook :)

Hey everyone! Got a scanner set up and I finally have some of my sketchbook drawings scanned. Yay! Anyways, many of the pics were cut a little short since its hard to scan them since they're in my book but take a look:

Isabelle

So today I had high hopes of posting my drawings from my sketchbook onto here. Of course, I get to my mom's house, set up the scanner and then realize I forgot to pack my sketchbook. Yeah, that was a typical Haleigh move. So I just have to settle for an unfinished sketch I started last weekend, atleast for now.

Okay so here is my first drawing post, Isabelle. She is a work in progress as of right now. You can probably tell, since as of right now she has no arms or detailed shading. lol Inspired from the character Isabelle Lightwood from "The Mortal Intsruments" series i'm currently reading. Once I finish her, I will make another post. Until then I hope you like her! :)

First Post!

Hey everyone!
I'm sooo excited to make this blog. Thanks goodness for my wonderful and talented cousin, Katie, to inspire me to make my own blog. Much like her blog for her extraordinary photography.
Okay, so getting down to business, I hope to scan my artwork and post them here, hopefully tomorrow. Maybe i'll even add my vocal performance from Fathers' Day.
